Re-booking June, July & August 2018

Hello everyone,
It is re-booking time again. This time it is for June, July & August. The Summer break is 10th August to 10th September. Last class is Thursday 9th August and restarting Monday 10th August.

Classes continue to be fully booked and I have a full waiting list too.  Therefore places will be secured on a first come first served basis.  Class spaces for current students are prioritized over new students.  Please ensure you have confirmed you space and made payment by 1st June. I will accept post dated cheques for 1st June.  Any spaces available from 1st June will be offered to those on the waiting list. If you have not let me know by 1st June then unfortunately your space may be taken.

Block booked classes will now be £10 per class and £12 for a drop in.  If you do need to spread the payment out a bit then please let me know and we can come up with an arrangement to ease any financial pressures you might have.

Please also talk to me if you have any missed classes that you wish to catch up.  I cannot now guarantee catch up classes will always be available, however I will do my best to ensure you can.  I have just sent out the booking policy, please review this before confirming and making payment for your class.

Remember there is the new Wednesday lunch time class 12-13.15 at the same place which could be a great place to take any catch up classes if you can!

Please note if your due date is within the booking period there are two options, either book in and any classes unused can be used in the postnatal class once you are signed off by the doctor or drop in rate until your baby is born.

If you book in and can’t make a class then you can bring a friend to another class for free or catch up, space permitting at an evening class

Remember that once you’re booked in you can come to any class in that booking period so long as I have space.  Catch up can take place at any point during the booking period, it does not have to be in the same week and they can also be caught up “in advance” if you know you won’t be able to make a class for any reason.  As classes are fuller any missed classes that you wish to catch up will need to be booked and if you can’t make that class you will need to let me know or loose the catch up.  This is simply as I may be able to get someone else into the class if you can’t make it. Also drop in places will continue to be available but the space will need to be confirmed with me in advance. Payment can be cash, cheque (made payable to Samanya Yoga Ltd.) or online payment as follows:

I also offer private sessions, in addition to class sessions, to those who may want to work on something specific or to simply be able to go a little more deeply into the poses.  The current cost of these sessions £50 for 60 mins and £75 for 90 mins.  If you are interested please let me know.

At present with availability I will continue to try and accommodate catch up classes as best I can so if you know you are going to be away please let me know and then it will free up spaces for those needing to catch up or drop in.
