Postnatal Mum and Baby Yoga Classes
12 Weeks to Walking
This mum and baby class focuses on postnatal yoga and also incorporates some baby yoga. Postnatal Yoga is designed to align your body, improve posture, promote wellbeing and strengthen the core and lower back – essential after giving birth. It is a safe way to get back into shape and discover relaxation techniques. The class supports your recovery after pregnancy and birth. Baby yoga helps grow the bond between you and your baby and aids your baby's development process. Open to all levels, the focus is on building core strength and energising the back, shoulders and chest, all in the company of your baby.

Classes run all year round with the exception of the occasional holiday of which you will be notified.

• £10 per Face-to-face class booked termly in advance
• £7.50 per online class
• £12.50 Face-to-face drop-in : if there is space available and you have a busy month this option may work best for you.

• Notice of 24 hours must be given if cancelling a class. If cancelling less than 24 hours before the class it will be at my discretion as to whether a refund or other class can be offered.
• Full payment will be required if notice is given later than this.
• Classes can be cancelled via the online booking system 24 hours before a class. After this time you will need to contact me with regards to a refund or another class.
• Course fees cannot be reduced or refunded if you miss or cannot make any classes but you are welcome to join another class, availability permitting, to make up your total for the course. Please contact me if you have any issues during a course.

Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes before the start of class to allow for traffic, parking etc.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing that you can move easily in. We practice bare foot, however socks can be worn for certain parts of the practise.
If you have one please bring your yoga mat, I have some to borrow if you don’t have one or forget.
Bring a blanket for the final relaxation, especially in winter and a bottle of water.
