Becoming a mother is a very special and personal journey. It is a time of major changes and transformation.  Pregnant women naturally experience daily shifts and changes in their bodies, energy levels and emotions; yoga is a very practical and effective way for mums-to-be to adapt to these changes. My pregnancy yoga classes are designed for all mums-to-be and are suitable for all stages of your pregnancy after 12 weeks. These classes will help you throughout your pregnancy and will focus on positions for labour, breathing and relaxation techniques.

I personally have practised yoga through my two pregnancies and have found it very beneficial. Yoga is a recommended form of exercise during pregnancy as it helps strengthen, calm and open your body in preparation for childbirth. In addition it can be used to alleviate common ailments associated with pregnancy such as back pain, sciatica, anxiety, hip pain. With breathing techniques are also useful to help calm the body and mind during labour.

Lovely relaxing pregnancy yoga classes. Fantastic teacher. A great place to meet other mums to be. I then continued with the baby massage and baby yoga classes which were fantastic. Karen is so patient and on the occasions I needed to sit and feed and clear up poop (it will happen during baby massage!) Karen reassured that this was all part of the fun
